State Requirements - Education, Licensure, and Certification

Candidates who do not meet the following requirements will not be considered.

- Active Florida LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, as required by the assignment.
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.

Typical Job Duties

- Provide nursing care and health support to students as needed.
- Monitor student health conditions and respond to medical needs.
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within the scope of practice and applicable school policies.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to support student well-being.
- Follow established health, safety, and infection-control procedures.
