Innovative Renal Care in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high quality care for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). This role focuses on building strong relationships with patients and their families while delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
The position requires an RN license in the state, an ADN (BSN or diploma may substitute), and an active BLS/CPR certification. Prior dialysis/ICU/ER or med‑surg experience is preferred but not required.
