Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant - MAT

Bell Eve, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide outpatient medication management and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services.

Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of Cocoa, including Port St. John, Viera, Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, or Cocoa Beach.

• Conduct evaluations and medication management visits
• Provide MAT services, including Suboxone/Buprenorphine treatment
• Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation in eClinical
  
  Works (ECW)
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
• Participate in continuity-of-care planning for patients
• Follow organizational and compliance standards

Bell Eve is a growing outpatient behavioral health and MAT program focused on compassionate, accessible care. We provide:

$55 per hour for approximately 25-30 hours per week. This is a W-2, in-person position.

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
