You will evaluate donor eligibility, manage donor reactions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards to protect both donors and staff. Working closely with the Center Medical Director, you will educate donors about the donation process, monitor for adverse events, maintain emergency equipment, and participate in safety and SOP
