r is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager Team Lead to join our Case Management Department.

This full-time, day-shift leadership opportunity will be located at our Baptist South campus.

• Assumes a leadership role by serving as a clinical resource and liaison to Case Management staff during day-to-day Case Management operations.
• Completes daily Case Management assignments to meet departmental needs, considering daily census, on-call assignment requirements, and weekend assignment requirements.
• Coordinates and approves staff paid time off (PTO) and holiday requests and maintains People Soft for accurate and appropriate timekeeping.

• 3 to 5 years of case management experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current DOH Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
