About YouYou’ll provide excellent, in‑the‑moment care to patients who need it most. You’ll triage and assess critical needs, work with a supportive team, and lean on our community to shift schedules or roles. The ideal candidate is willing and able to care for sick and injured patients who arrive on an emergency basis, as well as manage hospitalized patients.
The ER DVM will assess patients, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, oversee technicians executing those plans, perform surgeries, provide critical care, and maintain a high level of service for all patients in our emergency department.
Experience & Skills RequirementsDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
State Veterinary Board License: active, in good standing for the state of intended employment, obtained prior to start date.
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
Experience in emergency medicine, including work experience, small animal rotations, or emergency internships strongly recommended.

CompensationCompetitive base salary with production compensation opportunities. Annual full‑time range starting at $180,000–$250,000, with a sign‑on bonus up to $50,000 and relocation assistance.
