Associate Veterinarian – Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to practice high-quality medicine and provide excellent customer service while promoting a healthy team culture. Our client is an AAHA-accredited practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Join a five-doctor team dedicated to supporting their loyal clientele. The facility specializes in endoscopy and features separate surgical and dental suites, an oxygen cage, IDEXX labs and in-house diagnostic equipment, digital dental radiography, laser therapy, ultrasound, and more.

The ideal candidate is experienced, but the team is willing to mentor a new graduate. The typical schedule involves rotating weekend shifts but is flexible, allowing 3 or 4 days off in a row. Experienced candidates will have more flexibility with their schedules.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary (earning potential exceeds $180,000 with Pro Sal), PTO, CE allowance, health insurance, membership reimbursement, and license fees.
