This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jacksonville, FL, for a Lawn Service Professional. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing customer lawns and gardens, ensuring exceptional lawn care and pest management services, and addressing customer inquiries with utmost professionalism. The Lawn Service Professional will interact directly with clients, perform routine maintenance tasks, and inspect lawns to identify specific needs or issues.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess lawn and pest conditions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience in Professional Services, including lawn care, gardening, and pest control activities.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction through courteous and reliable service.
• Physical stamina to perform lawn and garden maintenance tasks in an outdoor environment.
• Familiarity with local plant species and pests is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license are required.
