Scope of Position:
- The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing the Quality Management System (QMS) across all contract activities.
- Must be on‑site during Government working hours and available within two hours after hours.
- Reports directly to a senior corporate official (not PM).
- Lead development and execution of the QMS and QC Plan.
- Perform inspections, audits, and verification of contract performance.
- Ensure compliance with NAVFAC requirements, CDRLs, and reporting requirements.
- Manage deficiency tracking, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
- Lead CAPA Teams.
- Interface with Government quality representatives.
- Current ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Must report directly to a senior corporate official, not to the Project Manager.
- Must be on‑site during Government hours and available within two hours after hours.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- NAVFAC QC Manager certification
- Experience with large‑scale BOS/O&M environments
- Must successfully pass a federal, state, or local government background investigation.
