Quality Assurance & Documentation Coordinator – Main Tasks
Position Summary:
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining SOPs.
- Organize and maintain Quality and Food Safety documentation for audits.
- Monitor corrective action plans and follow up on pending items.
- Maintain warehouse inspection logs and quality checklists.
- Verify receiving, picking, packing, and shipping documentation.
- Maintain pest control, sanitation, and employee training records.
- Assist with warehouse quality and food safety inspections.
- Prepare audit documentation and weekly compliance reports.
