3+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years of Salesforce application
testing
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and release-validation test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) functionality, business rules, automation, pricing and quoting flows, renewals, and quote-to-order processes before production releases.
- Build, execute, and maintain regression coverage using Gearset Test Automation or an equivalent Salesforce/SaaS testing tool, with guidance where appropriate.
- Identify, document, track, retest, and verify defects using Jira or equivalent tools while collaborating closely with Developers and Business Analysts.
- Support UAT activities, regression cycles, release validation, test evidence preparation, and defect verification.
