The Seasonal - Periodic Events staff provides customer service, docking assistance, and ensures a safe experience for visitors utilizing the Metro Marina docks and North Bank docks for football games and special events.

  • Provide assistance with securing boats to the docks by catching and tying lines to the dock, and giving directions.
  • Assist in distributing arm bands for safety and security.
  • Work the lines boarding the water taxi after football games.
  • Observe the docks for safety hazards and ensure vessels are secure while customers are at the games.
  • Work with cash and make change.
  • This position works on an as-needed basis.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of boats and docking procedures.
    • Must be physically capable of walking, kneeling, bending, and have flexibility and balance.
    • Must be able to swim.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
