Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. We hire dishwashers who understand high standards for food presentation and cleanliness of kitchenware. The open-kitchen layout requires strong communication and teamwork with all staff and management. Responsibilities include proper dish cleaning, maintaining a clean station, following sanitation protocols, and performing opening and closing duties.
