• Successfully complete 4–6 weeks of training.
• Drive sales growth and profitability for the restaurant and catering.
• Manage shifts and ensure floor control.
• Develop hourly employees, fostering motivation, training, and personal and professional growth.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of upper management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Serv Safe certification required.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
• Basic knowledge of PC functions.
• Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds to chin level without injury.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to manage staff and handle adversity.
• Good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints, and corrective action.
