What You'll Be Doing:

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll be right at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently, all while meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards

* Mastering all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

* Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and orderly at all times

* Staying updated on new products and rolling them out with enthusiasm

* Operating kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance issues

* Maintaining personal knowledge through in-house training and staying informed about any changes

* Completing all assigned opening or closing tasks

* Adhering to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code
