Overview

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. You are the person who keeps the daily operation running smoothly, from staff management to customer service. This role offers a fun and flexible work environment with clear opportunities for advancement.

• Own the shift: manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Set the example for staff by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, and uphold a perfect image.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, telephone—plus the ability to provide clear written instructions.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Computer proficiency to enter orders with a keyboard or touch‑screen and to navigate maps and addresses.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, carry items, push trays, climb stairs, stoop, and reach as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for delivery preferred.
• Experience in a fast‑paced food‑service environment is a plus.
