Hobby Lobby seeks an in‑store Loss Prevention Agent to protect stores through undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance. The role focuses on walking the sales floor undercover to identify and apprehend shoplifters. No risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities.

• Complete incident reports
• Review camera footage and BOLOs
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

• At least one year of undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience is required
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of working hours
