Lot Attendant​/Porter

• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
• Check new and used cars to ensure they start, have fuel, stickers, and buyer’s guides are present.
• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
• Record damage descriptions and missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
• Catalog and store keys, input into key track system.
• Assign stock control numbers to cars.
• Ensure lot cleanliness.
• Clean demo cars and reinstall stickers before returning to stock units.
• Deliver wholesale cars to auction.

• Ability to follow directions and instructions.
• Positive attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check.
• Ability to read, interpret documents and write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Physical Demands – The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, lift, talk or hear, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit.

Work Environment – The employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions; noise level is usually moderate.
