Seasonal Associate-The Avenues role at Victoria’s Secret & Co.
Position OverviewSales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engages customers, and exhibits an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and "go‑backs".
- Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back‑room and understock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
- Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark out of stock.
- Execute floorset proficiently, understand and adhere to brand standards, and assist with maintenance of back‑room and understock.
- Support company-wide sales, loss prevention, and housekeeping duties.

Minimum: $15.00;
Maximum: $17.75 per hour.
