Hope's Closet Lead

Objective:
To support and lead in daily operations across all Hope’s Closet locations while carrying the vision of The Church of Eleven
22® to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Minister of the gospel
• Support stores as needed in different operations:
  Merchandising, Replenishment, Cashwrap procedures, Daily donations processing goals, Receiving donations, Opening/closing of store
• Provide excellent customer service to our donors and customers
• Support in central warehouse operations:
  Baler operations, Maintain warehouse organization and assist with inventory tracking
• Ability to drive truck to deliver inventory to stores
• Load and unload trucks using forklift (if necessary), between Hope’s Closet locations
• Assist in training, coordination and supervision of staff and serve staff based on daily, seasonal and ministry opportunities
• Lead the team in the absence of assistant manager–zoning staff, following up on daily tasks, incident reporting, cash office support, etc.
• Lead serve groups as needed
• Help create an inspiring team environment through casting vision, setting and celebrating team goals, promoting open communication and demonstrating proactive and productive work culture

• Completion of high school diploma required
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, including retail or warehouse experience
• Experience operating cash registers and handling of money required
