• Greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions.
• Assisting with food programs as needed.
• Leading shifts and gaining entry-level management experience.
• Maintaining store appearance and providing fast, friendly service.
• Ensuring regular onsite attendance.
• Working in various store areas to support team and store standards.

• Customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a fun environment.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities for supervising entry-level staff.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• Cashiering or sales associate background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation for career advancement.
• Willingness to learn and enjoy work.

• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds regularly; occasional lifts up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull forces up to 20 pounds.
• Bending, twisting, and manual object manipulation.
