MEAT CASE RUNNER Associate; Edgewood

Overview

Rowe’s is seeking a Meat Case Runner Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on ensuring quality, freshness, safety, and profitability of Rowe’s fresh cut meat products while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Ensure that displays and case signs are updated and presented to maximize sales.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain meat products and displays.
• Maintain high sanitization and presentation standards.
• Assist in other duties as assigned and follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.

Meat Runners perform duties primarily in the meat area, where the temperature always ranges from 38 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Work involves reaching, bending, balancing, and carrying product weighing up to 100 pounds, repetitive arm and hand movements, eye‑hand coordination, significant hand strength, and standing in place for long periods of time.
