• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Receive, stock, fill, maintain, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Confirm pricing accuracy, country of origin, and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items.
• Pull out dated product from the shelves and maintain high presentation standards and quality.
• Assist in other duties as assigned and follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others as a team.
• Continually strives to be product‑minded, customer‑minded, personnel‑minded, detailed, consistent, and forward‑focused.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A passion for serving others.
• Prior experience is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Center Store associates perform duties in a safe and comfortable store environment with frequent exposure to cold, hot, slippery, and wet conditions. Work involves pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, crouching, and reaching; tasks require repetitive motion and coordination. Standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday and the ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 60 pounds is required.
