Job Overview

Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking a part-time salesperson to work at our location in Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $14.00/hr - $14.00/hr, and the actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Process customer transactions, assist customers with shopping needs, and maintain the sales floor.
• Greet donors, receive merchandise, and provide itemized receipts.
• Report security and theft problems to management.
• Perform back of store duties, including breaking down donations, examining merchandise, and hanging clothing.

• High school or GED preferred.
• No experience required, but 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, energy, and enthusiasm to help others.
• Ability to perform basic skills on the register and computer.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and do basic math calculations.

• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs), carrying (up to 50lbs), kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, turning, and repetitive motions.
