Job Summary
The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams. This is a full-time, first-shift position that requires availability Monday-Saturday.

- Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
- Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
- Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
- Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
- Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
- Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
