Store Manager, Retail Sales

With roots in Palm Beach and a boutique at The Royal Poinciana Plaza since 2017, Rani Arabella is an established business with a loyal clientele. Our boutique offers a warm, elegant setting where thoughtful styling and lasting client relationships are central to the experience.

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Palm Beach boutique. Working closely with the founders, you will take an active role on the sales floor, inspire a small team, grow the business, and ensure
every client receives attentive, personalized service. This is an opportunity to make a direct contribution to an independent brand where your ideas and initiative matter.

• – Lead by example in personal sales, styling, and service while driving store sales goals.
• – Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, appointments, and outreach.
• – Coach and motivate the team in selling, product knowledge, and client care; coordinate staffing and schedules.
• – Oversee daily operations, including inventory, deliveries, point-of-sale accuracy, and opening and closing procedures.
• – Maintain visual merchandising and presentation that reflect the brand’s standards.
• – Partner with the founders on client events, business opportunities, and feedback on the collection.

• – Proven management or leadership experience in luxury fashion or a designer boutique, with a strong sales record.
• – A talent for personal styling and building an engaged, repeat clientele; knowledge of the Palm Beach market is a plus.
• – Confident team leadership, clear communication, strong organization, and a proactive approach to running a boutique.
• – An appreciation for fine fabrics, craftsmanship, and design, with availability for weekends and peak seasonal periods.
