The CompanyMarine Layer is a Certified B Corp that designs and manufactures its own line of casual apparel, and sells through web, retail and wholesale. We have an amazing Fleet of 55 stores (and counting!) across the country. Our success has been built on a small, hard-working team that has a lot of fun and passionately believes in what we are building.
We’ve managed to transition from a start-up into a national brand by staying true to our roots and thoughtfully expanding the team with some incredibly talented (and fun) people who want to help us build something special. That’s where you come in...
In the last decade, we have managed to go from one store to over 50… and we are still growing! While we’re proud of our new stores, we want to keep the love flowing into our tried & true locations. - Leading new store teams through execution of operational tasks while conducting training aligned with best practices
- Assessing onsite operational requirements & moves quickly to execute, exhibiting change agility & implementing necessary changes in the moment
- Pack your bags! This assignment requires the ability to travel as needed
Specifically, you’ll be responsible for the following:

- Continuously refine & replicate project efficiency processes
- Possessing a growth mindset and constantly reiterating on "re-opens" to make it a curtains up experience for the internal and external customers
It bodes well if you are…
