Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Proactively seek and identify potential clients through networking, community engagement, and referrals, maintaining a robust pipeline to exceed sales goals.
  • Fact‑Finding and Needs Analysis:
    Engage prospects to uncover insurance needs, goals, and risks, recommending tailored solutions from our top carrier.
  • Building Referral Relationships:
    Cultivate trust‑based relationships with local professionals and community leaders to secure high‑quality referrals.
  • Creating New Business Opportunities:
    Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, develop strategies to close deals, and achieve new‑business objectives.
  • Providing Personalized Recommendations:
    Present customized proposals, clearly articulating value and benefits to ensure clients feel confident in their choices.
  • Client Advocacy and Follow‑Up:
    Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process, consistently following up to nurture and retain business.
  • Utilizing Technology and Tools:
    Leverage Ricci’s cutting‑edge tools and technology to streamline processes, manage leads, and enhance client experience.
  • Maintaining Knowledge of Industry Trends:
    Stay current on market trends, carrier offerings, and legislative changes to provide the highest level of expertise.
Requirements
  • Previous insurance experience – ideally 1+ years in sales.
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems (bonus).
  • Valid 2‑20 or 4‑40 insurance license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
