Centi Mark has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Roofing Sales Teams in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.
Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $100k.
Job Summary- Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
- Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
- Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about Centi Mark Corporation
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is highly preferred
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
