We are hiring a Sales Coordinator at Concord Hospitality Enterprises
.
Sales Coordinators are the vital link between the front desk and the sales team, assisting with group reservation calls, contract administration, room blocks, and cross‑department communication to deliver on client promises. They also support the sales team’s planning, reporting, and training, paving the way for advancement into sales management roles.
Key Responsibilities- First point of contact for incoming sales calls and interactions with customers, ensuring timely, professional responses.
- Manage room blocks, client notifications, group resumes, event orders, billing details, and other booking or execution tasks.
- Coordinate pre‑event, main event, and post‑event details, tracking and communicating particulars to internal partners and clients.
- Learn and use digital sales systems (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, etc.) and sales processes, contributing to individual and team goals.
- Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, and training sessions; document and report outcomes.
- Promote teamwork, collaborate across departments, and embody an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve hotel goals.
- Advocate for personal career development and continuous training opportunities.
