Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Converses with customers concerning their needs with orders, estimates, products, maintenance tips, and information
- Receives and processes sales requests and orders using telephone, e-mail, and Video Consultation
- Makes 65+ outbound calls daily
- Holds 4+ Video consultations a day
- Builds relationships with current clients
- Solicits sales of new or additional services
- Handles irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Enters information into CRM to track progress and provide sales follow ups
