Hood Distribution, established in 1899, wholesales hardwood lumber, plywood and specialty wood products across the eastern US and Caribbean markets. We operate twenty-three locations and serve customers who turn our wood into something special.

Base Salary: $37,000–$43,000 per year plus $0.00–$3,000.00/month commission (uncapped).

• Grow customer relations
• Grow existing customer sales
• Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales base
• Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touch points including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a transactional, yet consultative, environment
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
• Drive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team player

• High-performing, competitive individual with a dynamic, energetic drive
• Ability to work as part of a cross‑functional team with sales, drivers, warehouse, accounting, purchasing and management
• Bi‑lingual is a plus
