What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for assigned territory by promoting and servicing medical products
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records for effective territory management
  • Identify and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge for effective sales presentations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B and/or healthcare sales experience, or 3 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience plus 2 years of Clinical Specialist experience
  • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Proven ability to manage territory, accounts, and expenses effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience in a hospital environment, particularly in interventional cardiology or vascular surgery
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating high sales performance in a competitive environment
  • Experience in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
  • Ability to educate and train medical personnel on products and procedures
  • Familiarity with AAA and/or Thoracic procedural knowledge
