Selling Sales Manager

Bath Planet of Jacksonville is growing at an impressive pace. Lead flow is strong, and we are seeking an experienced and professional Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales team. We service the Jacksonville, FL market, and our success has been built upon quality products and expert installation.

Compensation

This role offers
base pay plus incentives and commission
, with target total compensation between $100,000–$150,000 annually when all performance targets are met.

Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales Manager
, you will generate revenue by leading and growing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You will serve as a Leader, Motivator, Coach, and Teacher
, driving performance while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team

  • Run leads as needed and with sales repsas a training and development tool

  • Assist representatives in homes by taking calls and supporting the closing process

  • Regularly review performance results and take necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

  • Effectively complete cancel-save appointments

  • Work with the rehash manager to re-enter homes and close sales

  • Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings

  • Set clear expectations for the sales team based on company objectives

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience
    , preferably within the 1-Day Concept

  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, business development, organization, team building, and management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

  • Strong technical skills, including iPad presentations and electronic contracts
