We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support different spa locations nationwide
, helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented role designed for someone who loves travel, high‑ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments
.
- Engage with clients and provide guidance on premium skincare and aesthetic treatments
. - Drive revenue through upselling and cross‑selling high‑value services and packages.
- Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
. - Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining high performance and professionalism
. - Share feedback and best practices to help teams improve client engagement and sales results
.
- Experienced in high-ticket sales or consultative selling
, preferably in beauty or luxury services. - Strong communication, relationship‑building, and client‑facing skills
. - Motivated by results and performance goals
. - Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new teams
. - Valid driver’s license required.
- Comfortable as a W9/1099 independent contractor
, responsible for own taxes.
