The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support different spa locations nationwide
, helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented role designed for someone who loves travel, high‑ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments
.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Engage with clients and provide guidance on premium skincare and aesthetic treatments
    .
  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross‑selling high‑value services and packages.
  • Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
    .
  • Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining high performance and professionalism
    .
  • Share feedback and best practices to help teams improve client engagement and sales results
    .
Who You Are
  • Experienced in high-ticket sales or consultative selling
    , preferably in beauty or luxury services.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and client‑facing skills
    .
  • Motivated by results and performance goals
    .
  • Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new teams
    .
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Comfortable as a W9/1099 independent contractor
    , responsible for own taxes.
