Responsibilities- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand the marketplace within the territory; evaluate and tailor the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate the ever‑changing healthcare environment and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and to impact key stakeholders to become trusted partners.
- Utilize business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles.
- Implement and adopt new technologies, including the integration of AI company‑approved tools and other analytical capabilities.
- Identify and advocate for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Model a growth mindset to create positive experiences.
- Embrace and use the company’s selling, competency, and account management models to elevate performance and drive results.
- Demonstrate high learning agility to understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.
- Promote the BU portfolio by planning for and engaging in patient‑centered dialogues with customers.
- Promote across BU portfolio and across HCP specialties, driving consistent ways of working within the Regional Health Care Market.
- Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Own the customer relationship for product promotion, on‑label medical questions, and general market access.
- Hold self‑accountability for results and performance across all accounts, from individual HCPs to large health systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners to foster trust and create collaborative success.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis;

- Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.
- Account‑based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self‑motivation, team focus, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with bilingual skills aligned with the territory and customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Compensation & BenefitsActual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,000 – $151,800
. Full‑time equivalent employees will also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
