We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with deep experience in marine construction to lead our business development efforts, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute sales strategies for marine construction projects (docks,
boathouses, bulkheads, boatlifts, repairs, & maintenance). - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and public
sectors. - Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and scope documents.
- Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing
and delivery. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project
lifecycle.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Personal and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of bulkhead, dock, and shoreline systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with permitting, compliance, and government contracting preferred
- Paid time off plus holiday pay
