Business Development Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in low-voltage systems, electronic security, and IP-based technologies who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth.

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sell electronic security systems, installations, service solutions, and maintenance contracts.
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Conduct customer site walkthroughs and help estimate installation and service opportunities.
• Prepare and present professional proposals.
• Build market awareness through networking, presentations, and industry associations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Previous business development or sales experience in electronic security, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of access control, IP and analog video surveillance, nurse call, intrusion detection, structured cabling
  , or similar technologies.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
