The Carling & 11 East Apartments are premier apartment communities in downtown Jacksonville that are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by achieving results. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from a prospect's first interaction with our community through move-in and beyond.

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging, personalized tours of our apartment communities.
• Build relationships with prospects, learn what they're looking for, and help them find the home that best fits their needs.
• Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in.
• Process rental applications and coordinate move-ins with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and lease renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, amenities, specials, and community events.
• Help ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and amenity spaces consistently reflect our high standards.
• Participate in outreach marketing, resident events, and community initiatives to generate new business and strengthen resident relationships.
• Partner with the Property Director and onsite team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident satisfaction goals.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or multifamily leasing is preferred.
• Multifamily or luxury leasing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• A positive, energetic, and professional approach.
• Confidence following up with prospects and asking for the sale.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using property management and CRM software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Weekend availability is required.
