Fractional Salesforce & Sales Operations Coordinator

National Strategies Public Relations (NSPR) is looking for an organized, proactive professional to manage the daily activity in Salesforce and support our new business outreach.

We work with mission-driven organizations, including credit unions, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and veteran-focused groups. We need someone who can keep prospects moving, follow-ups happening, and our pipeline current.

• Research and identify prospects that fit our agency.
• Coordinate personalized outreach to approximately 25 prospects per day.
• Add and update leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Track responses and move prospects through the appropriate pipeline stages.
• Create and manage follow-up tasks, reminders, and next steps.
• Flag opportunities that need the owner’s attention.
• Provide a brief weekly report on outreach, responses, meetings, and pipeline progress.

• Hands-on experience using Salesforce for daily sales operations and prospecting.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.
• Someone comfortable owning a daily workflow and recommending improvements.
• Experience supporting a PR agency, professional services firm, credit union, or nonprofit is a plus.

This role combines Salesforce management with active prospecting and follow-up. Experience configuring Salesforce is helpful, but we also need someone who enjoys doing the daily work that keeps business development moving.

We plan to begin with a paid 30-day trial, with the opportunity for an ongoing partnership.
