Senior Account Executive - Technology Staffing

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Technology Staffing to drive business development and client growth within the technology staffing market. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients and prospects, and connect organizations with qualified technology professionals.

This role combines new business development, account management, and full-cycle sales responsibilities. The Senior Account Executive will understand client hiring needs, translate them into effective staffing solutions, and partner with internal recruiters to support candidate delivery. • Develop new business opportunities within the technology staffing market.

• Experience in staffing, business development, or account management.
