As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the commercial team to understand customer challenges and demonstrate how Indicium’s data, Analytics, and AI solutions can address their business needs. You will connect technical capabilities to business value throughout the sales process, supporting enterprise opportunities through a consultative sales approach.

• Partner with the commercial team throughout the sales cycle, supporting consultative sales opportunities with medium- to long-term sales cycles.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical solutions aligned with their needs.
• Present and demonstrate Indicium’s solutions, connecting technical capabilities to business value.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations with customer stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and demonstrate how solutions address customer needs.
• Stay up to date with trends in the data, Analytics, and AI markets, identifying developments and potential business applications.

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar roles.
• Experience with consultative sales, particularly in enterprise environments with medium- to long-term sales cycles.
• Knowledge of data, Analytics, cloud technologies, and AI solutions, including their market applications and business value.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Commercial experience selling data, Analytics, cloud, or AI solutions.
• Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, or other Modern Data Stack tools.
• Previous experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Data Architect, or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Commercial experience in Financial Services (FSI) or Healthcare.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, data, or AI technologies.
