Inside Sales Executive Ed Tech
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in student counselling and sales.
The role involves counselling nursing students, understanding their learning requirements, explaining relevant courses, and converting prospective students into customers.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Counsel nursing students and understand their educational needs.
- Explain courses, features, and benefits to prospective students.
- Convert interested leads into admissions or sales.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain professional communication with students throughout the sales process.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech sales, telesales, or student counselling are preferred.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Good persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be comfortable with sales targets, flexible shift requirements, and weekend work when required
