Solutions Engineer driving business growth in the North American robotics and automation market based on engineering expertise. Responsible for proposing customized solutions utilizing deep technical knowledge in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders, and sensors. Serves as a primary business Point of Contact (POC) for key actuator accounts in North America, acting as a bridge between technology and sales by managing the project lifecycle, establishing business plans, overseeing revenue, and collaborating with HQ R&D.

1. Customer Relations & Technical Sales

• Technical Point of Contact (POC):
  Serve as the primary technical interface for North American actuator customers, providing application guidance, developing customized solutions, leading technical discussions, and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Customized Solution Proposal:
  Analyze customer technical requirements to lead Technical Sales Proposals and design/deliver optimal customized solutions.

2. Strategy & Business Development

• GTM Strategy Support:
  Partner with sales to support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives by providing technical expertise, application guidance, solution recommendations, and customer-facing engineering support that drives actuator adoption in the North American robotics market.
• Pipeline Support:
  Identify technical opportunities and emerging customer needs through customer interactions, application discussions, and project support activities, helping sales teams expand and develop the project pipeline
• Market Presence Enhancement:
  Represent actuator solutions and increase brand awareness in the market by attending industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

3. Revenue & Project Management

• Revenue & Supply Management:
  Oversee and take responsibility for revenue management activities, including order management, supply chain coordination, and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking.
• Project Leadership:
  Utilize strong project management capabilities to coordinate schedules, manage risks, and support seamless, on-time project delivery.
• VOC Collection & Delivery:
  Document customer technical requirements and market insights (Voice of Customer) to inform next-generation product/feature development and convey them to HQ R&D and Product Management teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with HQ Product Management teams, local subsidiaries, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
