We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to drive growth on the ground. You will meet prospective clients face-to-face, promote our products/services within your assigned territory, and close initial sales.
Responsibilities- Travel within assigned local territories to meet potential clients in person.
- Pitch products/services directly to business owners, store managers, or purchasing heads.
- Prospect new opportunities through door-to-door visits and local networking.
- Manage client accounts, collect feedback, and secure repeat orders.
- Track daily visits, leads, and sales activities using a mobile CRM app.
- High energy, strong face-to-face communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (where applicable).
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- No prior sales experience required; prior retail or field experience is a bonus.
- Competitive base salary + performance commission.
- Travel / fuel allowance for field movement.
- Hands-on sales training and clear growth pathways to Senior Territory Representative.
