• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security‑related hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner while upholding site‑specific policies.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence to help deter potential security‑related issues within the location.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
