• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any incidents or suspicious behavior according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site‑specific policies.
• Follow all weapon handling protocols and maintain readiness in accordance with the requirements for armed personnel in this environment.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors by providing directions and information as needed.

• At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• An armed guard card or license.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
