Access Control Guard - Part Time

Fidelity Technologies Corporation is seeking a Part Time Access Control Guard for its program at NS Mayport, FL.

• Will confirm security status of all individuals who enter the building and issue the required badge.
• Responsible to report any irregularities or problems to the Site Manager / Government Representative for resolution.
• Update and maintain an accurate security clearance lists when provided by the appropriate authorities.
• During the weekends the guard will make hourly rounds of the facility.
• Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the guard station.
• Willing to work any shift required to include nights and weekend duty.
• Perform other tasking as assigned by the Site Manager or his designated representative.

CLEARANCE:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Applicants with active Interim Secret or Secret preferred.

• Must be computer literate and be able to use and access basic computer programs (Microsoft products, Excel, PDF etc.)
• Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Must present a professional appearance in dress and demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
• Applicant must be a US Citizen.
• Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance for access to classified information
• A High School diploma or equivalent certification.

Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
