Title: Security Guard - Unarmed Telecom Patrol

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate: $16.56 / Hour

Position Type: Part Time

• Wed 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Thu 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and as a problem solver to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to maintain order and report any unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors regarding site protocols and procedures.
• Assist in emergency response activities according to site protocols and guidelines.
• Document incidents and daily activities clearly and accurately as required by company policies.
• Collaborate with other personnel to provide consistent presence throughout the location.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
